This term has been very busy with Registration, the Henry Lawson Festival, the Athletics Carnival and so much more…

What a fitting end to the term that we presented our play to the residents at the MPS on Tuesday afternoon. There were residents singing, moving and smiles galore to recognise the effort that the students were putting into their acting, singing and dancing. One resident at the back of the room even shook each child’s hand to say thank-you as they filed past him.

As we prepare for the holidays, some parents will be glad to have a break from the school routine. Other parents will just feel as if more work has been piled onto their plates. For those parents, and the ones whose patience may run a little thin over the break, I offer this alternative serenity prayer.
