Pope Francis has declared 2021 to be the’ Year of St Joseph’. As next Friday, the 19^th of March, is the feast day of St Joseph, we will be marking this occasion with a prayer celebration in the library. The prayer celebration will commence at 9:15 and will last for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The students will be presenting the readings and prayers. Parents are most welcome to attend.

 The following is the Pope’s special prayer for the ‘Year of St Joseph’.

Hail, Guardian of the Redeemer,
Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
To you God entrusted his only Son;
in you Mary placed her trust;
with you Christ became man.

Blessed Joseph, to us too,
show yourself a father
and guide us in the path of life.
Obtain for us grace, mercy, and courage,
and defend us from every evil.  Amen.
