The Year 5/6 students have been very busy with many projects on the go. One project is writing their own narratives. While writing a narrative is not new to these seasoned narrative writers, who have been writing narratives since they were in Kindergarten, the process we are using this time is new. This process has 8 steps. The first step is creating the main character and the second step is to write the ending. Some students found this very engaging, and it also gave them a direction for the rest of their writing.
