Parent Testimonials

"I made great mates across many age groups and in particular, I enjoyed spending time with the older kids. I always felt included and experienced some great opportunities. I think we were lucky to have so many teachers at Joeys who knew us and made us be the best versions of ourselves – even if we didn't always want to be. I was privileged to be chosen to be School Captain. This was a wonderful experience to teach me how to be a leader. Adults always talk about resilience. Joeys teaches you resilience and encourages you to get in and have a go." - past St Joseph's student

"We chose St Joseph's first and foremost because it is a Catholic school. Having had a Catholic education myself, I know the benefits. The small size and multi-age learning approach also appealed to us. We wanted our children to learn the skills necessary to relate to all age groups. Importantly, we wanted the quality educational experience that we knew Joey's offered. This has been proven by the excellent NAPLAN results achieved by the students year on year. My child was perfectly equipped for high school and my children are kind – the environment at Joeys fosters kindness and tolerance and a type of resilience you cannot get in a bigger school." - St Joseph's parent
